Leadership can feel like a constant balancing act. Deliver results, support your team, stay true to your values, all while keeping the inner critic at bay. I know that voice well, and I also know it does not tell the full story.

My work centres on helping leaders step into their roles without losing themselves in the process. After more than three decades in corporate life and fifteen years working in leadership development, I have seen how often capable people underestimate their own potential. Confidence gets clouded by old habits, unhelpful expectations and outdated ideas of what a leader should look like.

My coaching gives space to rewrite that narrative. I draw on positive psychology and behavioural science because they offer tools that work in the real world, not just on paper. Together we explore executive presence, emotional intelligence and the practical mindset shifts that help people move from managing to leading. Every programme is shaped around who you are, what matters to you and the kind of leader you want to become.

I have worked with leaders across professional services, finance, tech, healthcare and beyond, and what I see again and again is that people flourish when they feel supported, stretched and seen. That is the environment I create, a place where small changes stack up and confidence becomes something you stand on rather than chase.

About

Choosing a coach can feel overwhelming. There are plenty of people offering programmes and promises. What matters is finding someone who understands the realities of leadership and has the experience to help you grow with confidence. My career has taken me across Africa, Asia, Europe and the UK, working with executives and teams in complex, multicultural environments. I have seen the pressures leaders face up close and I bring that real world understanding into every conversation.

My approach is practical and focused on change. I use positive psychology and behavioural science to create coaching, mentoring and training programmes that spark change and support measurable business results. Clients often come to me for help with clarity, confidence and impact, and together we build the habits and behaviours that make a difference day to day.

My background spans professional and financial services, healthcare, tech, legal, oil and gas and the automotive sector. It means I can meet leaders where they are and offer solutions that make sense in their world. Alongside this experience, I hold a Master of Science in Coaching and Behavioural Change, I am a Certified Business Psychologist and a member of the Association for Coaching. I also teach Level 5 and Level 7 leadership and management programmes, which keeps my thinking current and evidence based.
