Leadership development for organisations
I design and facilitate development that helps managers lead people well, especially when the work is complex and the pressure is real.
I work with organisations to understand what their leaders are facing, then shape coaching, workshops or programmes around the behaviours they need to practise. We make space for honest reflection and give people ways to apply what they learn in their own teams.
Change begins when you notice the pattern
One of the tools I use is AURA, a reflection process I developed around Awareness, Unlearning, Relearning, and Application.
It starts with a simple question: What keeps happening, even though you want a different result?
Maybe you go quiet when a more senior person challenges you. Maybe you rescue your team instead of letting them find their own way. Once you can see the pattern, you have a choice. You can test a different response, learn from what happens, and build a way of leading that feels more like your own.
That’s the change I care about. Something you can recognise in an ordinary working week.
A legacy is built in everyday moments
It’s how you respond when someone gets something wrong. Whether people feel able to disagree with you. The conversations you choose to have and the responsibility you trust others to carry.
